Do I have to buy kit from HomeCraft?+
No. The Kit Shop is optional and priced at cost + 8%. You'll never be scored or penalised on where you buy your tools or consumables.
What if my rating drops?+
We offer a free Coach Session with an Academy master. We never block an ID automatically; any review is conducted by a human with 14 days' advance notice.
How is commission charged?+
A fixed percentage per job (18–22%, 12% on painting), clearly displayed on the lead before you accept. Parts pass through at the rate-card price with zero commission.
Is there a joining fee?+
No. Joining HomeCraft, Academy courses, and background verification are 100% free for all professionals.
