CraftCover Warranty Terms
Detailed coverage periods, claim procedures, damage caps, and exclusions.
1. Warranty Entitlement
Every completed booking automatically issues a digital CraftCover card in the customer app. Rework windows range from 48 hours for cleaning to 2 years for Luxe wall painting.
2. Damage Cover Guarantee
In the event of proven domestic property or appliance damage occurring during the visit, HomeCraft covers repairs up to ₹10,000 on standard packages and up to ₹25,000 on Luxe packages.
3. Claim SLA & Free Rework
Claims submitted in-app are acknowledged and reviewed by our quality desk within 2 hours. Approved reworks are scheduled within 48 hours with a certified Master Crafter at ₹0 additional cost.
