Cancellation & Refund Policy
Fair cancellation windows, late-arrival clauses, and fee structures.
1. Advance Cancellation
Cancellations made 3 or more hours prior to the scheduled service appointment slot incur zero fees, with immediate 100% digital refund to the original payment source.
2. Late Cancellation Fee
Cancellations initiated within 3 hours of the appointment incur a nominal ₹99 compensation fee, 100% of which is credited directly to the assigned Crafter for reserved time and travel expenses.
3. Crafter Delay & Reassignment Exemption
Cancellation is unconditionally free if the assigned Crafter is delayed by more than 15 minutes past the scheduled arrival window, or if HomeCraft initiates an emergency crafter reassignment.
