Crafter Partner Terms & Agreement
The legal framework governing independent Crafter rights, commission rates, and dispute resolution.
1. Published Commission Structure
Crafter commissions are fixed and publicly published: 22% on salon and grooming, 20% on maintenance and cleaning, and 12% on painting. Commission is displayed transparently on every incoming lead before acceptance.
2. Consumable Kit Sourcing
Crafters are free to source approved consumable materials and tools independently. The HomeCraft Kit Shop is strictly optional and offered at wholesale cost + 8% handling without product quotas.
3. Human Deactivation Review & 14-Day Notice
No partner ID is ever deactivated automatically by algorithm. Any compliance review is conducted by a human panel, documented in writing, and provides 14 calendar days' advance notice with a right to appeal.
