Terms of Service
Standard terms and conditions governing the booking and execution of HomeCraft services.
1. Scope of Platform
HomeCraft matches customers with independent, certified professional Crafters. Every booking encompasses the explicit inclusions detailed in the selected package tier (Basic, Plus, or Luxe).
2. Quote Lock Guarantee
Crafters are prohibited from billing additional labour or spare parts without issuing an in-app Quote Lock request referencing the published Open Rate Card. Work on extra scope begins only upon explicit customer digital approval.
3. Service Execution & OTP
To safeguard domestic security, no Crafter may commence work without the customer providing the 4-digit start OTP generated inside the customer application at arrival.
