1. Data Collection & Purpose
We process names, mobile numbers, domestic addresses, and geospatial coordinates strictly for the purpose of dispatching Crafters and administering warranty claims.
2. Photographic Proof Consent & Retention
Before and after photographs taken during service visits are securely stored for 12 months solely for CraftCover warranty verification and audit recourse. Photographs are never shared publicly unless the customer explicitly toggles the portfolio sharing consent in the rating screen.
3. Your Data Rights
Customers retain the right to request deletion of historical service records and revoke portfolio publishing permissions at any time via the Help Center or Grievance Officer.
